		<description>You should consider trying out Wu-Yi tea. It&#039;s a great way to help lose weight. It stimulates the body to burn calories so if you enjoy tea and are trying to lose weight it&#039;s great.  I tried it out and have had some good results when drinking it along with excercising. It&#039;s also very relaxing which will help with motivation.</description>

		<description>Sometimes people aren&#039;t realistic about their weight loss goals. For example I would like to lose 70lbs but I know it may take about a 1 year to achieve it. And it is helpful to have a friend to lose weight with, that way you two can cheer each other on!</description>
