Hi Jayne. Sounds like you have half the battle won being able to see the difficulty and knowing that you need action. I have made several bad choices in life myself.
Do you have a counselor you see regularly for medications? If so, take that opportunity to discuss the situation and possible actions. If not, talk to someone you trust who has a good view of the situation. They may be able to help you review all your options. I find talking to someone outside the situation gives me a clearer view of it, thus I am able to make better choices.

As for me, I feel like I am chasing the cheese constantly - lol.

I read this book in the spring of 2001 because it was required of the management staff. I moved within months to Missouri, but it ended up being a really bad choice. Actually most of my major life changing choices until 2 years ago ended badly because of my undiagnosed Bipolar Disorder. This time, though, I know the "cheese" has been moved and I've felt since February. I'm afraid to act because of all the dumb choices I've made in the past, but I really really need to this time for, of all things, my mental health. It's an everyday struggle.

I read the book years ago and recognized myself in it. A job lost has reminded me that my cheese has been moved again and I must find new cheese.

I'm learning to become proactive in my life. Thanks for video.
