We all travel during the summer and face the problem -- how do you stay on your weight loss journey while traveling. The first answer is portion control. You can exercise portion control no matter what you eat. But what about that long trip by car, train, or air?
I was browsing around MyPyramid.gov and found some interesting videos they provide for nutrition education. This one I found particularly interesting. It is called Snacks for the Road.
