Food Pyramid
I found these charts on the US government site called MyPyramid. They are an improvement on the old food pyramid used in schools to teach children about food groups and good nutrition. I have included the links for the pdf files which are free to download. I love visualization and I hope this will help you learn about the food groups, and healthy eating.
