I was pleasantly surprised when I double checked into BistroMD. With the ‘Gourmet’ on the tag, my thoughts were – yeah, and I bet it costs an arm and a leg! The cost is comparable to other similar plans. I believe that it provides better quality food and nutrition since it wasn’t developed by a marketing company, a dietitian or a food company but by a medical doctor who specializes in weight management. It fits all the bills – low glycemic, low fat, low carb, good fat, good carbs, etc. This ‘diet’ works!!
The BistroMD plans include 7 days a week or 5 days a week. The meals are delivered to your door. A simple 5 minutes online to order (or a short phone call) a week. I am excited about this plan – portion control, limited temptations, delivered to my door, weekly quality information – what a plus. And the meals are delicious.
The only addition I would make to this package would be to join Diet Watch.com as a tool to Track your weight, activity, and measurements – Join a forum – get the group support from others with the same goal in mind – to get to and maintain you ideal weight.
